At Fiido, we want you to be completely satisfied with your e-bike purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Product

  Securely pack the e-bike and all included accessories in the original factory box to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
